Arsenal v Sunderland – We LIKE TO LOSE!!!!

0,,10281~8589635,00 YAY! We lost again, 2-0 to the Gunners. It’s great!!!!! Sunderland has captured my heart, all the losing is making me a happy man. Why look for points when you can stop trying and punch above your weight! Why try for winning against teams that are playing poorly when you can lose and provide fans more fodder for the message boards. It’s a true spirit lifter.

SAFC TV Interview with Anton “Don’t call me Rio” Ferdinad

“We could have come away with a point from the game,” Ferdinand explained. “Not many teams come here and get chances the way we did.

“We had a few chances and the fact that we’re getting into those positions is positive – hopefully we’ll start putting them away.

“The team were solid across the back. It’s another new back line, which has been the story of our season.

“Hopefully we can get one back line and get some consistency there.”

Ferdinand’s appearance was his first since early December following an ankle injury. “I felt a bit leggy towards the end, but that’s understandable,” he reflected.

“We’ve got a run of games now which are very important and which will define our season. It was important I got as much in the tank as possible and hopefully I can get stronger from here.”

Sunderland: Gordon, Hutton, McCartney, Turner, Mensah, Bent, Campbell, Ferdinand, Cana (C), Richardson, Jones.

Subs: Carson, Bardsley, Da Silva, Kilgallon, Zenden, Malbranque, Benjani.

Arsenal: Almunia, Fabregas, Vermaelen, Nasri, Walcott, Ramsey, Song, Silvestre, Clichy, Eboue, Bendtner.

Subs: Sagna, Rosicky, Vela, Denilson, Fabianski, Traore, Campbell.

Now onto Fulham! Let’s see if we can lose more points!

It’s pretty awesome having nutrition as my life. I always tell people when they ask me what kind of supplements to take. Start with the basics and get some whey protein as a body building supplement then if you want, try an EFA stack for weight loss. As always throw in a multivitamin.
