Ouch.
Today the boys had their hats handed to them 3-0 at Wigan. I don’t have much to say about the game. Why? Because I wasn’t able to watch it. Why? Because Fox Soccer Channel sucks. Instead of showing the replay of the Wigan:Sunderland match - which is what was listed on their site - they replayed Reading:Everton (which they had showed live 4 hours previously).
Screw that.
I’ll post more in the next few days, but right now I’m so disgusted by the whole thing that I don’t even want to read the match reports; so I’ll just cut and paste one of the quotes from the Roy Keane newsletter I get from safc.com:
“I thought it was a real flat performance. I can’t think of anything good that came out of it, maybe something will come to me later.”

Well, Old Keano also mentioned that he found out something about some of his players on the day. That should be valuable info in what looks to be an roller coaster of a season.

The simple fact is that Roy Keane is going to have to get used to losing. Not something that he is to accustomed. But Sunderland are going to struggle this season and it will look like another battle for relegation. Sorry Sunderland fans.
My friend and I have started a site called world football shirts. This is where we give you the fans a chance to comment on your club’s shirts both past and present. So go to http://www.worldfootballshirts.net and leave a comment today. Thanks!
