		<description>Although Curbishley&#039;s tenure at West Ham impressed me, I doubt his motivational abilities and his ability to take a team to &quot;the next level&quot; aka top half finishes. Also, it seems to me that he blew a lot of money down at West Ham. Niall Quinn has shown that he can throw the bucks around, and I feel we need a smart buyer. My man has got to be Big Sam. He&#039;s a proven premier league manager, and with Bolton he consistently finished in the top 8 top 6 spots year in year out. He&#039;s an excellent man manager and people hate on him merely because of his half-failure at newcastle. I think he&#039;s definetely the man for the job and can make an immediate lasting impact.</description>
