Ross Wallace has become a Preston player after signing a permanent contract with the Deepdale club.
The winger, 23, completed the transfer today, for an undisclosed fee, signing a four-and-a-half-year contract with North End.

Wallace, who began his career at Celtic, has played 26 games for the Lilywhites this season while on loan from Sunderland.
Too many players out, and no one in. Gee, didn’t Ricky say he was looking to bring in a defender? When is that going to happen? Next year? We need more players. You can’t keep getting rid of players without bringing in one or two players into the squad.

To be fair to Ricky he’s done a good job so far.
He’s hanging on to our good players, and letting the crap go out the door.
We need to reduce the number of players that are no where near getting a first team place, preferably by selling them to reduce the wage bill.
Smaller wage bill = more money
More money = better players
We need to make room and money before we try to sign big names.
