Sunderland wins the title!!!!!!
By: Stephen | April 14th, 2009Ok, misleading heading there. The Black Cats did win a title, but it was Barclays Premier Reserve League North. The Black Cats won 3-0 over Manchester City, or Man Crappy as they have been playing recently. Because I’m American (I know, shock isn’t it?) I didn’t get to see the match, so I’m basing this all on the team’s website.
The score sheet will say:
Jean-Yves M’voto, Jack Colback and Jamie Chandler all scored.
Sunderland: Colgan; Kay, M’voto, Nosworthy, Hartley (Brown); Meyler, Weir (R. Noble), Chandler, Colback, Cook (Madden), Waghorn. Subs not used: Carson, Adams.
